2024 - 2025

I belonged to The Gallery 32751 near my home in Winter Park until it closed in April of 2025. Painting the woods with oil pastels provided excitement and freedom and allowed me the ability to depict a familiar subject in a more abstract way. I found total enjoyment with the pure pleasure of scribbling color like a child with a box of crayons! My larger paintings were done on canvas with acrylics and oil paints. During these two years I also had the privilege of exhibiting artwork for four fundraisers at The Orlando Museum Of Art. All of my pieces sold and I was encouraged by the idea that now that my career as a commercial illustrator had come to an end, there may be a future for me somewhere in the fine art world.
